Application

The C-4030 Manual Screen Printer is mainly for single-sided printed circuit board solder paste and glue or design requirements, work platform made of high quality aluminum honeycomb positioning hole machining, with thick steel plate welded base, strong solid, durable.

The platform can be rotated 30 degrees at most, and the precision can be kept all the way when repeat works. Easy to locate PCB board, high flexibility ensure high printing precision.The brackets using the bolt bar to adjust the height, convenient for controlling the thickness of PCB.

Features

PCB positioning using the positioning pins, fixing lever and fixing plate operation, convenient location, and ensure repeat accuracy.
Board correction by stencil move, combined with X, Y axis trimming correction, which is convenient.
Height can be adjusted up and down screw, easy to control the PCB thickness and printing solder paste.
